Shipping policy

Wattle&Loop ships WORLDWIDE and aim to dispatch parcels within 1 business day. Wattle&Loop always retain proof of postage and send a confirmation email once parcel has been sent. If Shipping is ever cheaper than what has been charged we will refund the excess.

Kits are flat packed and are posted in a sturdy envelope.

Australian Customers:  All parcels are sent via Australia Post in a sturdy envelope. Select between Free Regular Post (No Tracking), Tracked Package or Express Post including tracking. Shipping costs calculated at Checkout.

International Customers:  We offer 2 shipping options for international customers:

FREE STANDARD Air – with TRACKING.
EXPRESS Air – with TRACKING.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges and national or local import taxes that may apply. Wattle&Loop are not responsible for delays due to customs.
